Central Virginia starts with sunshine and a high of 43 degrees. Tonight clouds roll in. And by 5 A.M. Wednesday morning you might see a mix of rain and snow. Nothing major, just a tease. Wednesday warms dramatically to 56 degrees with gusts up to 26 miles an hour. Then Thursday brings steady rain, holding at 56 degrees.
