Contentment and Curiosity the Perfect Mix
Join Julie Smith and I as we look at the concept of curiosity through the lens of positive perseverance and discuss the idea of partnering it with contentment. Seeing a beautiful balance and a freedom that this state of mind can give us. Contentment- A state of peaceful happiness, satisfaction. An acceptance of ones current situation. Often described as a moderate, calm emotion rather than intense excitement, characterized by inner peace and a feeling of completeness. It involves accepting the present moment without desiring more. Curiosity- A strong desire to learn, understand, or investigate new information, experiences, or knowledge. It drives exploration, personal growth. Representing an innate urge to resolve knowledge gaps and explore the unknown. Quote- "Don't cry that it"s over, smile that it happened."
