There has been much focus recently into the current state of mHealth tools for urinary continence management, with much attention paid to how digital technology can address the changing nature of UI management in Brazil. Many have recently been calling for a new generation of user- centered mHealth apps that can empower OAB patients through a focus on exercise programs, tailored educational content and ability to track patient- reported symptoms. This episode covers how mHealth is used in Brazil, and explores a practicing urologists’ views on using this technology, what improvements can be made, and what the outlook looks like.
