Jessica Hickey is a woman of many talents - Operations Mastermind, Author, Speaker, Coach, Author, and Sailor. Her professional life has been as varied as it has been interesting. From mixology to administrative to project management, an engineering degree, and the chance to learn all about how to run a business, to publishing a book as well as coaching CEOs of multiple types of companies.

A professional civil engineer, lean/six sigma green belt, and a certified change management professional, Jessica has worked in a variety of sectors including government, corporate real estate, professional services, as well as delving deep into entrepreneurialism.
