She has been involved with Youth Work Ireland for a number of years, with both Comhairle na nÓg and Youth Work Ireland Midlands. In January 2018 she joined Youth Work Ireland's National Youth Action Group (NYAG) and become involved in various projects including the 5 Nations Brexit Symposium in Killarney, BIPA (British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly), the Equality Crew and Sex Talk Team.
