In this episode Lilek talks in greater depth about the Earth Holder community and provides insight on what the community gives us. My interpretation among others includes a fascinating pathway or approach to reconnect, re-establish links with what we are, as opposed to what we have been taught to think we should believe ourselves to be.

Yogic practices have developed along the lines of specific experiences, natural studies and meditation and clearly when these practices are adapted by those not of the Yogic tradition, it’s not always possible to consider what emerges as an upgrade.
