Innovation Matrix: The innovation matrix is a visualization that comprises the various aspects of innovation. It presents all possible strategies that can be adopted by an organization for an innovative product or service.

For innovation the elements which are needed are:

1. The mindset to leave old Raw material & re-evaluate new raw material.

2. Strategic Coherence matrix.

2. How will I (as an org) capture/share the value that is created?
