Organization structure - it is a box and lines we draw to represent the structure of leadership in an organization. It is a traditional bureaucratic structure which will not survive in the current era.

1. Formally created organization structure becomes non-existent

2. Emotional Fabric (Sense Structure) takes over. Therefore, a strong emotional bond will help the group survive and a weak emotional bond will cause a Death Trap.
