Right, so Spain has just turned Israeli settlements from a political argument into a commercial problem, and that’s the bit Israel, the EU, and a lot of very comfortable companies are now stuck with. Not a protest, not a statement, not another round of concern, but a regulator quietly saying: you don’t get to sell holidays on illegally occupied land and pretend that’s neutral business.
