Note sull'episodio

Alexander Hamilton was born on January 11 on the Caribbean island of Nevis and rose from a difficult childhood to become one of America’s most influential Founding Fathers. A gifted writer and thinker, Hamilton served in the Continental Army as a trusted aide to George Washington, helped shape the U.S. Constitution, and authored more than 50 of the Federalist Papers defending its ratification. As the nation’s first Secretary of the Treasury, he established America’s financial foundation through sound credit, national debt repayment, and the creation of a national bank. Hamilton’s life reminds us to discern which voices to trust, and his legacy continues to encourage thoughtful leadership and moral courage in His Story today—inviting us to listen to the Spirit as we seek truth and do what is right.
