Jeffrey founded Fidelman & Company in 2015 to serve the growing need for fundraising strategy among early to mid-stage companies and has since grown the firm to over 40 remote individuals. He has acted as an interim CFO/COO for dozens of companies through their financial transactions including capital raises, business sales, and business purchases.

Jeffrey started his career in residential real estate as a broker and quickly expanded into commercial real estate and finance. He was then a Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley focused on syndicate and pre/post market trading; Vice President at HSBC leading revenue strategy for Manhattan (banking, lending, insurance, and retail); Partner at a Venture fund focused on early-stage, tech and tech-enabled companies.
