Tina Rexing is an inspiring entrepreneur. She is the owner and driving force behind the successful business T-Rex Cookie. What started as a hobby quickly spawned again from her passion for baking and 17 years of competing in culinary competitions. Commencing at a small local farmer's market, Tina made her dream a reality through hard work, dedication, and lots of love. Her cookies have even been named the best in the nation!
