How Claire broke up with her therapist

We're back at it again! After a six month hiatus, we've started recording again. With life as chaotic as it is, we've found it difficult to work around our schedules and find times when we're both available, but we're going to try! In this episode, we briefly talked about some life updates to catch up and then talked about therapy; specifically, we talked about how Claire broke up with her therapist. Like we discuss in this episode, it's important to remember that therapy, and any medical related relationship, is just that: a relationship. How did our parents shape our view on parenting?
