On this week’s episode, Bernie Cevis (@secretweapn4117), owner of Faithful Fitness in Elkton, MD (@faithful_fit_md) joined Casey and Jason to share his incredible story.

Bernie played football for over 20 years spanning from rec league all the way up to the doorstep of the NFL. After bouncing around jobs early in his professional life, Bernie transitioned into personal training and eventually launched the Faithful Fitness brand in 2019. It wasn’t all sunshine and roses along the way, though. Bernie faced unexpected change and adversity, but did not let it deter him from continuously pursuing the best version of himself.

There are some valuable lessons to be taken from this one!
