Joseph Warren was a doctor and a revolutionary who was known as the "Founding Grandfather of the U.S. Unfortunately, he didn't live long enough to see the U.S. be formed, but with what he did, if he had lived on, most are certain that he would have been a very powerful figure in the forming of the country. From his humble beginnings he rose to prominence during the era when taxes were being passed on the colonials, forcing him to respond with a series of articles in the Boston Gazette. He then Became a part of the Sons of Liberty and was even on the committee that planned the Boston Massacre. He also became involved in the actions that became known as the Battle of Lexington and Concord and eventually was killed only 2 months later at the Battle of Bunker Hill in June 1775, 6 days after turning 34. His life would remain in the memories as a power ...
