Coming up on today's show I caught up with Wix Patton who had to choose between a career NFL or music. The choice of music has been as successful as his rise has been steady and has started seeing him move through the charts. He originally gained popularity when a video of him freestyling at a UGA team event in a Los Angeles comedy club went viral during Rose Bowl Week in 2017.

He is currently signed with Atlanta Global Music. Under the tutelage of Don Perry, OOMP CAMP, and Tricky Stewart and his music draws inspiration from musical influences, such as Justin Timberlake, Linkin Park, Young Thug, and Coldplay, to develop his own style for song writing and performing.
