A retired seasoned Civil Engineer who accidentally started an ultra-light backpacking company, Glen Van Peski has been helping people from all over learn how to lighten their loads by taking less to enjoy more in life.

A native Californian with a childhood rooted in the western outdoors, Glen grew up camping, hiking, and surrounded by nature.

At 17, he and three of his buddies hit the road on their bicycles and rode across the country. Setting out on the opportunity of a lifetime, Glen and his friends would encounter many wonderful people and experiences that would provide valuable lessons for a lifetime.
