CKK B1-E2: I Probably Should Have Brought Different People With Me...

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, Scarab the gunslinger kobold meets two birdfolk, Colonel Cobb and Joq in the town of Falcon's Hollow. Scarab lost his wagon and pig and hired the two birds to help him find it. They meet with the sheriff of the town and learn of a missing person and a possible werewolf in the forest. Our heroes then head to the lumber mill to get more information. After Joq’s near death from deadly mosquitoes, the group decides to camp in the forest for the night. Our story continues now! CKK B1-E3: Yeah I'll Get a 10 Piece

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, Scarab leads the two bird brains through the forest following the tracks of a hunter and their prey. The Colonel willingly falls into a spike trap, and finds a dead hunter. After that, the large rooster tries to kill himself again by bumbling into a wolf den. Joq and Scarab are able to distract the wolves and save the Colonel. Traversing the forest again, the group saves a fox from a trap, but then they are ambushed by a hobgoblin. The heroes stomp the hobgoblin and then take pity on him, sending him on his way with some food. As they travel deeper into the forest, they find a large terrifying bipedal wolf that speaks with its mind! Our story continues, and probably ends now! CKK B1-E4: The Twinkles

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, our heroes spoke with the large wolfman living in mysterious ruins. He was not interested in conversation, and the group decided to stop pestering him before things got ugly. Upon further inspection, this creature was actually a Worg! As our heroes bumbled through the forest and contemplated on what to do next, they came across a campsite next to an abandoned creepy hut. Scarab discovered tracks of other Kobolds at the campsite, and there was evidence of a struggle. Before following the tracks the group decides to check the hut for leads. Turns out the hut used to be a witch hut, and it was still inhabited by an animated cauldron! After dispatching the angry cauldron, Joq finds a creepy shrunken head. Following the Kobold tracks, our heroes are able to take cover as a wyvern flies overhead. Our heroes then discover the oldest darkwood tree in the forest. As Joq samples some bark from the tree, he notices a few bodies hanging from the branches, and is then attacked by a large serpent! Our story continues now! CKK B1-E5: The Christopher Walken Episode

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, Joq collected some darkwood from an elder darkwood tree, and was then ambushed by a Wyrm. The creature almost killed Joq but a well placed shot by Scarab ended its life. Looting the bodies in the tree, the heroes found a map of the forest, and a place labeled as Droskar’s Crucible. The group then decides to head back to Falcon's Hollow for the night. While in town they gathered information and a silver longsword that may come in handy. They learn from an apothecary that special mushrooms are needed to help symptoms of the strange sickness. Colonel Cobb notices the small fox is following him, and he finally names it. While gathering information, the party learned that the founding families of Falcon’s Hollow may have witch blood in their lineage. Our story continues now! CKK B1-E6: YAY PIG!

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, our heroes decide to investigate the Creed family. Unable to pass through the gate without a password, they decided to check on the Lumber Consortium next door in town. On their arrival they witnessed terrible working conditions and saw a worker lose his mind and attack a guard, only to be immediately shot down by a Red Rock mercenary. Joq observes the dead man and notices that he was not physically well. The group then marched into the main building and finally met the man Paeton, also known as “Pay Day”. Scarab and Joq question him about the spreading sickness, and Joq fails to deceive Pay Day. During that conversation, Cobb Corn angrily marches straight to the Sheriff's office and demands justice. The Sheriff isn't happy about the situation either and says there is nothing he can do. Back at the Lumber Consortium, Pay Day tells Joq with a sinister tone that he can meet the Creed family right now, and starts to forcefully escort him. Our story continues now! CKK B1-E7: Oh How Anointing

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, our heroes gathered information in Falcon’s Hollow, and also more questions about what is going on in the town. After an awkward visit to The Rouge Lady brothel, they venture into the forest towards Droskar’s Crucible. Halfway there, they rested for the night, only to be disturbed by a zombie kobold! Our heroes reach the crucible in the morning with no sign of the large worg. The statues in the area had plaques written in dwarven, but nobody understands that language. They decide to then check a guard tower and exterminate a large spider. Our story continues now! CKK B1-E8: I've Seen This Movie

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, our heroes continue pushing through the mysterious abandoned crucible. Doing their best to avoid combat with the wolves, they stumble across secret holding cells, containing long dead skeletal dwarves. The skeletons rise and combat ensues. One corpse does not rise, and a ring of Torag is found on her finger. The party continues deeper into the ruin and finally finds the large menacing worg. Our heroes try to convince the worg that they are on the same side and want to fix the problems at Falcon’s Hollow, but he wasn't having it. The worg and his wolves attack Cobb Corn, and that gives Joq and Scarab time to flee. The Colonel meets his end, and the others retreat back to Falcon’s Hollow. Our story continues now. CKK B1-E9: I'll Eat the Bird.

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, Scarab and Joq regroup after a failed mission and loss of Colonel Cobb Corn. Joq decides that adventuring is not for him. Scarab desperately started running around town looking for new employees to continue his mission. He met a dwarf named Rootmoore Redmane, who is here following the footsteps of his cousin, Druingar. A “human” woman named Monet also joins Scarab, and she too has a mysterious connection to the crucible ruins. Later at the crucible, Scarab leads his new party through a different path, and they find more dwarven remains, a dwarven clan dagger, and a hat that belongs to Druingar. Our story continues now! CKK B1-E10: Well Aren't You Just Adorable!

Last time on Crown of the Kobold King, our heroes continue exploring the forgotten crucible. One of the rooms was inhabited by a lone kobold. After a plethora of obscenities between him and Scarab, the kobold was allowed to escape. They find a library, and most of the books were covered in phantom mold. Monet was able to find an untainted book filled with hymns for Torag. Inside was a scroll of spiritual weapon! Afterwards the party was attacked by strange octopus-squid-like creatures. Before they could investigate why and what they were after killing them, the two wolves approached. The newly formed party easily dispatched the wolves. After that, Rootmore placed a gem into the slot on an anvil, and for a moment it summoned a congregation of dwarven spirits worshiping Torag. Our story continues now!
