Daniella is a third-generation flooring contractor and President & CEO of Peacock Floors, a 45-year-old family business based in San Francisco. Her construction life started at five years old sweeping warehouse floors, but in 2025 she took the biggest step of her career: retiring her father and purchasing the company from him.
