54: Feelings as a High School Grad
It's been a while, huh. Sorry for being a little MIA but we are back and better than ever. I hope some grads out there relate to tis week's episode because the feelings I have experienced as a high school grad are definitely not what I expected. Not everyone is going to feel the same way about things that happen in life, and that is ok. As I was graduating, I noticed I felt a little indifferent about the whole thing and wondered if anyone else felt the same way. So, this episode goes out to all the grads! Congratulations, and remember, not everyone is going to react the same way but as long as you stay true to yourself, you are golden! Welcome back everyone! This week's episode is all about trying something new and being a little bit more spontaneous! She was then inspired to bring this message over to BE WELL and talk about how important it is that we continue to keep present the ability to hold conversations with people in person and that we do not let social media and technology create barriers between us and others. Next week, we will be kicking off Women's History Month with a very special guest, so make sure you stay tuned and follow us on Instagram @thebewellpodcast for more updates!
