Great to have Jay Haysey on to chat about his life as a photographer and videographer under the guise of Globalshots.

I met Jay in 2012 when I was working out in Greece, at that time he was already making a name for himself taking awesome photos of clients on the water. Since then he's gone on to work on various projects in the active/adventure industry, culminating in a shoot for Puma with Lewis Hamilton.

We discussed what its like preparing for this kind of work, the stresses and anxiety of pitching to new clients and his process of finding balance between work and home life.
