Can grief be the thing that opens you up to mediumship? Or does it get in the way?

It's a question that's sat with me since the very early days of this podcast. In this episode, I invite my lovely friend and fellow developing medium Hayley Cossey to share her story — because when she told me she'd first come to circle to connect with her father after his passing, I knew we needed to have this conversation.

Hayley trained as a Reiki therapist and oracle card reader and now runs Healing To Become, helping others find inner harmony through body, mind and spirit. But it all began with grief — and what started as a longing to reach her dad became the foundation of her entire mediumistic development.

Her answers changed my thinking on this. Genuinely.
