The world is a lot right now. Politically, emotionally, and personally — it just keeps coming. In this episode, I wanted to create a quiet pause for both of us, because honestly? I needed this too. I haven't been sleeping well, I've been waking up with nervous energy, and I know I'm not alone in that.
This is a grounding and centering meditation designed to help you reset your energy, restore your connection to yourself, and come back to the love and strength that lives within you. We'll work with breath, visualization, and earth energy to help you feel anchored again — because when everything outside of us feels chaotic, coming back to ourselves is the most powerful thing we can do.
