Before you know it, that one thought has stolen your peace. In this episode of The Open Doors Podcast, we’re talking about the thoughts, lies, expectations, and assumptions that can quietly shape the way we see ourselves and the people we love. We share personal stories about regret, grief, relationships, comparison, and the subtle ways negative thoughts can lead us away from truth and hope. Most importantly, we talk about becoming aware of what’s happening in our minds, bringing those thoughts into prayer, and learning to recognize the difference between a thought that leads us toward peace and one that pulls us into fear, accusation, resentment, or hopelessness. Not every thought deserves your agreement. Sometimes healing begins by stopping and asking one simple question: Is that thought even true?
