Ejaries.ae is a private service operated by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO. It is not a government website, is not affiliated with DLD or RERA, and does not issue Ejari certificates. Certificates are issued through official DLD and RERA systems.

When a rented property is sold, the fixed-term tenancy does not simply disappear. The ownership changes, but the existing tenancy continues according to its terms.
