Edward writes a letter to his mother describing his journey in 1929 to Arkham by train and discusses some details of his senior year at the Miskatonic University with his mother.
Edward receives a letter from his Mother guilt-tripping him about moving off campus to live. Although classes have yet to start, he is caught up in activities available to any student at Miskatonic University
