In this third and final part of the Dr Love trilogy, we continue our journey through the list of shame of terrible dating and relationship. Communication advice scraped from social media.

There are many reasons that we can end up in a situation where games are being played but the worst thing is when that is the vibe of the connection from the beginning.

Not something pleasant to be on the receiving end of, and especially not pleasant when you have to unpack your own behaviours when you realise you’ve done this kind of thing in the past.

Seeing that these points only serve to separate ourselves my own intuition, desires, once and needs, they only serve to create more disconnection, hopelessness, frustration and dissatisfaction.
