That's 51 degrees above normal and flirting with the all-time February record set back in 1996. Your thermometer might need therapy. Down along the Gulf Coast, you're waking up to 67 degrees with southwest winds gusting to 30 miles an hour. Partly sunny skies push you to 83 this afternoon. Tonight eases to 64 degrees. And fog rolls in after 10 P.M. near the water. South Texas is the furnace today. You're at 59 degrees now, but sunny skies and light winds crank you to 97 degrees by mid afternoon.
