Grab the jacket if you're out early. Slide south to Austin and you're already at 65 degrees. Light winds flip from east to south southwest around 3 A.M. Tonight. That's the warm air knocking on the door. Down in Laredo? Door's wide open. They hit 70 degrees by 4 P.M. With easy east breezes. The Gulf Coast is the cool kid today, topping out at 62 degrees ...
