A big point of controversy during the 2024 election cycle in Florida was the conversation about legalizing marijuana. 55.9% of Floridians were for this amendment to pass, while 44.1% were against it. Should the amendment have passed when the majority of Floridians wanted it? What are the negatives and positives of weed? If we make it legal, how "legal" should it be?
