Bihar Government in India released the caste survey data which revealed that other backward classes and extremely Backward Classes (EBC) constituted more than 63% of Bihar's Population. Opposition Parties asked the government to conduct a nationwide cast survey which would help to devise further policies and plan for the development of all classes.
