Why buy something and not use it until it no longer works? Why contribute to the production of an item when you only plan on using it once? I learned an important lesson about the importance of being aware of the environmental impacts of the items we own, and the lack of accountability we face when letting these items go. If we aren't aware of these topics, what will become of the world when we never put them into action?
