Tony McManus is a man on a mission. For the past 20 years he has dedicated his life to helping blokes address mental health issues and to increase awareness of the value of volunteering in the community to help improve mental health.

After Tony's brother took his own life 20 years ago, as well as having faced his own significant mental health battles, Tony contacted BeyondBlue with the idea of an annual AFL match to raise awareness of men's mental health issues. After a sit down with Jeff Kennett and Frank Costa, the BeyondBlue Cup between Geelong and Hawthorn was born. Tony then went on to become a national ambassador for BeyondBlue.
