Spasmodic Dysphonia & Muscle Tension Dysphonia Exercises di Drew Hanson

Note sull'episodio

If you’re new to Spasmodic Dysphonia, new to voice exercises, or just found this page, this episode is for you.

I walk through a simple beginner routine built around the basics: posture, smooth airflow, light energy support, finding your comfortable pitch, straw phonation glides, sirens, and easy humming to bring the voice forward.

I still have Spasmodic Dysphonia myself. I’m not a doctor, speech therapist, or vocal coach. I’m sharing the exercises I personally use and documenting what has helped me along the way.

The goal is not to force volume. The goal is light, easy, connected sound.

Try this gently, don’t push, and listen to your body.
