Season 3, Episode 10: Space 3D's Tribute to Astronaut Al Worden: Memories From Those Who Knew Him Best, Part 3

Al Worden, the astronaut who served as Command Module Pilot on the Apollo 15 lunar mission in 1971, passed away on March 18, 2020 at the age of 88. As a tribute to him, Space 3D will be airing multiple interviews with individuals who knew Al over the years. We hope that these will bring a smile to our listeners. Al was truly unique, and will be missed by his family and the space community.

This is part 1 of a two-part episode featuring space history author Francis French, who collaborated with Al on the writing of his autobiography, Falling to Earth.
