Eastern South Dakota drops to 34 degrees. And you might see some patchy fog develop after 3 A.M. Central South Dakota also settles near 34 under clear skies. Out west, you're looking at 35 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Thursday tells a completely different story. Central South Dakota surges to 70 degrees under mostly sunny skies.
