David Wilkerson’s 1973 vision foresaw a future of calamities for America and the world, including a worldwide recession, natural disasters, and a flood of filth in media. He also predicted a persecution of true believers, separating them from false ones, as a precursor to the gospel being preached to all nations before Jesus’ return. Wilkerson urged Christians to prepare for these events and to integrate Christ into government.

A super world church will form, uniting liberal Protestants and the Roman Catholic Church. This church will be politically powerful, accepting of homosexuality, and tolerant of occult practises. Christian media will face persecution, with attempts to control and censor religious programming.
