Kaiser Adolf Hitler the Hohenzollern, under the diplomatic asylum name "Wolfgang Alfonse", attended The Beatles only tour of Italy, in late June 1965. He attended every show.

He was heard at one of the gigs commenting about Sir Richard Starkey's drumming on one of the tracks. He then explained that he thought "Ringo" was really awesome, but the drums on one track could have been better, after assuming he was misunderstood by those who heard him.

An argument with Italians followed, where he explained he "sort of taught himself the drums" whilst he was in Prisoner of War jail, playing anything that was available in his cell, as if a drum kit.
