How to do your new year resolutions ? I used to follow by heart what I was seeing on social media. It took me too much hours on YouTube and several failures to discover my own way, and what suits me best. Today I’m going to share with you my experience with doing new year resolutions, my mistakes, what I learned, and finally what are my goals and how I planned my new year.
In this episode we are answering these questions: Why there is more men than women in the industry? Why there is so much talk about it? Why do we need more women in the tech industry? Is the privilege given to women by recruiters and tech companies well deserved? Or is it unfair for men? And finally what are the challenges that I faced being a girl in the tech industry? And how I managed to overcome those challenges?
We all have experienced this at least once in life wether we were aware of it or not, wether we were the victims or the toxic friend himself. I hope this videos helps you get out of toxic friendships with the minimum damage.
Posting on social media is similar to going out to meet people. We dress up to go out just like we do before taking a picture to share as a post. No one really sees our true self unless we’ve reached a very special trust relationship. In this episode we are having second thoughts about "social media being fake"
