There were several speakers in the Oral Communications segment that were worth publishing. The comments came from some very informed transit users and employees, all commenting on some of the main topics covered in the agenda.

Also, Eduardo Montesino discussed his significant effort to find and hire bus operators and the support Metro staff gave him in that work.
