Rochester police are searching for 13-year-old Owen Burdick after he fled a facility on Monroe Avenue, while a woman was found pinned under a car on Lyell Avenue following a DWI arrest. Three suspects have been charged in the abduction of a woman and her children from a Perinton home, with the suspect still at large.
