Knauer tells about the time he extorted a senior officer in the U.S. Navy to sign off on his SWOS PQS qualification card for 3m using the old trick, "no ticky--no laundry" or in the case of CDR. Rugallo no PQS--no paycheck. Is there an ethics question here, certainly there is....but hey, it's a funny story and true.
