In this episode, we sat down and interviewed Tara Teng, who is a Canadian former pageant winner. She was crowned Miss Canada 2011 and also Miss World Canada 2012. During her title reigns, she was an advocate for human rights and spoke about human trafficking. Tara is now a Embodiment Coach, and we cover what exactly that is and how we can all recognize the need for embodiment.
