But don't let the gray skies fool you. We're stealing a page from spring today. Providence hits 59 degrees — that's a whopping 26 degrees above normal for this time of year. Here comes the warmth. Fog hangs tough around Providence through the morning. You might see a few spotty showers tonight, but nothing widespread. Highs climb to 59 today before dropping back to 36 overnight. Sunday stays cloudy with a lingering chance of showers. But Monday? Sunshine returns. And temperatures soar to 66 degrees. You’ll want shorts for that. Down along Narragansett Bay, the story’s a little different. Drizzle and fog dominate tonight, with lows hovering around 40 degrees.  ...
