We climbed from 16 degrees this morning to 43 this afternoon. Twenty one degree swing. Five degrees above normal for late February. Not bad at all. In the next 24 hours. Providence topped out at 43 degrees under blue skies. Down at Narragansett Bay, a touch cooler at 40 with a southwest breeze around 7 miles an hour. That southerly flow is the key player here. It's pulling warmer air up from the mid Atlantic and setting us up for a fantastic Saturday. Tonight that high drifts east. Lows settle to 24 degrees in Providence, 28 near the Bay.
