In today’s message, “Increasing Sacrifice,” we look at the life of Abraham as a pattern of faith marked by deeper and deeper surrender. As the Kingdom of God continues to increase, so does the call upon the people of God to lay everything before Him.

Through Abraham’s journey, we see five areas the Lord cuts away in His people: comfortability, cowardice, carnality, contriving, and claim. From leaving his homeland in Genesis 12 to offering Isaac in Genesis 22, Abraham’s life reveals that every greater promise is preceded by greater sacrifice.

This sermon calls the church to live as living sacrifices—fully surrendered, fully alive, and fully committed to Christ’s ever-increasing Kingdom. The question is not whether we want more of God, but what remains in our hands that belongs on the altar.
