Our guest today is Saffron, who has lived through addiction across generations. She grew up around her parents’ and their friends’ drug use, began using at a young age herself, and has lost siblings to addiction. Some family members are still and some are in recovery.

Saffron is now years into her own recovery. She’s strong, full of spirit, and living proof that it’s possible to break the cycle — and to make recovery not just bearable, but joyful.
