The Holy Spirit helps us to live with no condemnation. No condemnation means life, hope, and abundant living through the Holy Spirit. Our God is telling us we can live in the Holy Spirit and not be subject to our flesh. The Holy Spirit can set us free by defeating the influence of sin.
