Last year, one of my biggest accomplishments was losing 20 pounds that I had gained during COVID. I know firsthand how challenging the weight loss journey can be, which is why I wanted to share my experience to help anyone working toward their fitness goals—whether that’s losing weight, gaining muscle, or building strength. In this episode, I break down the process into three key steps: Preparation, Action, and most importantly, Maintenance.
