Good evening. Puerto Rico. I'm Michael Nally. That damp, heavy air this morning wasn't just humidity—it was the tail end of a Culebra streamer that dumped nearly two inches of rain on San Juan overnight. The metro area is mopping up while the west stayed bone dry. Classic March: one side of the island gets a shower, the other gets a sunburn. Down in Metro San Juan, scattered showers linger tonight with a before midnight. Lows stick to a muggy 75 degrees. Tomorrow, the sun plays hide-and-seek with afternoon highs hitting 81 degrees. Those trade winds are steady too, blowing 14 to 18 miles an hour with gusts to 25. Head south to Ponce and it’s a different world. Skies clear out tonight with lows near 73. But Sunday afternoon cranks the heat up to 88 degrees. Watch out for those gusts hitting 32 miles an hour—that's enough to turn your beach umbrell ...
