The metro area is mopping up while the west stayed bone dry. Classic March: one side of the island gets a shower, the other gets a sunburn. Down in Metro San Juan, scattered showers linger tonight with a before midnight. Lows stick to a muggy 75 degrees. Tomorrow, the sun plays hide-and-seek with afternoon highs hitting 81 degrees. Those trade winds are steady too, blowing 14 to 18 miles an hour with gusts to 25. Head south to Ponce and it’s a different world. Skies clear out tonight with lows near 73.
